- A Manufacturing Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring production machinery to manufacture products safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards.
- Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor production machines. Load raw materials and unload finished products. Inspect products for quality and report defects. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness of the work area. Record production data and machine performance. Assist with basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Work with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Skills Required: Basic machine operating knowledge. Attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork. Ability to work in shifts. Basic problem-solving skills. Qualification: SSLC (10th Pass), HSC (12th Pass), ITI, Diploma, or equivalent (depending on the company). Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹17,509.47 - ₹33,556.09 per month
