Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable handling customer calls, follow-ups, and lead conversion activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Convert leads into business opportunities
- Maintain call records and customer information
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely customer support
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or related roles preferred
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
