Key Responsibilities:
● Handle renewal conversations with existing customers via whatsapp or calls ● Ensure timely renewal of subscriptions/contracts
● Follow up with customers before renewal dates.
● Address customer queries, concerns, and objections related to renewals.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth renewal processing.
● Provide basic product information and upsell/cross-sell where applicable. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
