Client Operations, Consulting & Relationship Management Lead
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships and operational consulting activities
- Lead operational system-building projects for clients
- Supervise SOP creation, operational documentation, and company audits
- Understand client operational challenges and provide coordination support
- Ensure smooth execution of client operational workflows
- Coordinate internal teams for documentation and consulting deliverables
- Monitor implementation of business operational systems
- Handle operational discussions, follow-ups, and client reviews
- Ensure quality control in reports, SOPs, and audit documentation
- Maintain client communication records and operational databases
- Support operational restructuring and workflow optimization initiatives
