Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Casual Dine-In)
Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic, organized, and hospitality-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily front-of-house operations of our casual dine-in restaurant. The ideal candidate will cultivate a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for our guests while driving team performance, operational efficiency, and financial profitability. You will lead by example on the floor, ensuring high-quality food presentation, fast table turns, and exceptional customer service during high-volume shifts.Core Responsibilities
- Daily Operations: Coordinate smooth floor operations, including opening/closing checklists, dining room setup, host stand management, and table rotation.
- Team Leadership & Culture: Recruit, onboard, train, and supervise servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to maintain a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Guest Experience: Greet diners, build local rapport, and resolve customer complaints efficiently with a professional, solution-oriented attitude.
- Financial & Labor Management: Create weekly staff schedules that align with peak traffic periods while managing labor costs, tracking daily sales, and monitoring food waste.
- Inventory & Vendor Control: Oversee inventory levels, conduct stock audits, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely ordering of food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards to comply with local health regulations.
- Marketing Support: Help execute local restaurant events, community promotions, and seasonal menu rollouts to boost covers and brand awareness.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a high-volume, full-service, or casual dine-in concept.
- Tech Savviness: Proficient with point-of-sale (POS) software (e.g., Aloha, Toast), reservation platforms (e.g., OpenTable), and basic computer tools (Microsoft Office, email).
- Financial Literacy: Practical understanding of budgeting, labor cost percentages, inventory management, and basic P&L tracking.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong verbal communication, conflict-resolution capabilities, and an ability to motivate a diverse team under pressure.
- Certifications: Valid local food handler's card and alcohol service certification (if applicable).
Locations: Suryapet & Chityala locations.
Salary: As per the industry standards.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours per shift).
- Ability to lift up to 15 kg (30 lbs) when handling inventory or food supplies.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
