Job description
The candidate will find, screen and hire qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, allied health, etc.) for hospitals or agencies, managing the full cycle from sourcing on job boards/social media, interviewing for skills & culture fit, collaborating with hiring managers, to extending offers, ensuring they have the specific medical licenses and experience for roles like RNs, Therapists, or Techs.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Proactively find candidates via LinkedIn, healthcare job boards, databases, and events.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, assess technical skills, licensing, and cultural fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinical hiring managers to understand needs and define roles.
- Candidate Management: Guide applicants through the process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage requisitions from posting to offer, including salary negotiation.
- ATS Management: Document all candidate activity in the Applicant Tracking System.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree (HR, Health Admin, related field).
- Experience: Proven clinical/healthcare recruitment experience.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry & specific roles (RN, Tech, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical: Proficiency with ATS and social sourcing tools.
- Soft Skills: Strong relationship building, sales, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
Requirement
- Disticntly soft US accent
- Prior experience in the recruitment life cycle
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with care.
- Familiarity with US healthcare services and/or homecare is a plus.
- Candidates should be open to working in night shift
