Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Girls and Sales Boys to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Ensure cleanliness and visual appeal of the store.
- Handle customer complaints and queries effectively,
- Coordinate with the store manager and team members.
- Maintain accurate sales records and stock updates.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any degree
- Experience in retail/textile/showroom sales is an added advantage
