Key Responsibilities
- Reception & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain a visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
- Notify concerned staff of visitor arrivals.
- Call Handling
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
- Take and relay messages accurately.
- Provide basic information about the company when required.
- Administrative Support
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area in a neat and organized manner.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and conference room bookings.
- Coordination
- Liaise with office staff to ensure smooth front desk operations.
- Assist HR/Admin in basic documentation and filing.
- Record & Data Management
- Maintain employee attendance registers (if applicable).
- Update contact directories and office records.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet).
