About Us
We are a leading manufacturer and wholesale supplier of premium edible oils in Chennai, supplying restaurants, commercial kitchens, and distributors at factory prices. We are seeking an energetic Telecaller to manage growing B2B inquiries and incoming client orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Inbound & Lead Management: Answer incoming customer calls and handle inquiries from IndiaMART, Instagram, and direct leads.
- Order Processing: Explain wholesale vs. retail rates, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and process bulk orders (boxes, tins, barrels).
- Digital Support: Manage the WhatsApp Business account, sending daily price updates and answering customer queries.
- Follow-ups & Support: Call past buyers to drive repeat orders and coordinate delivery/dispatch updates.
- Data Logging: Maintain a basic daily sheet of calls, leads, and orders.
Requirements & Skills
- Language: Mandatory fluency in Tamil. Basic English is required for text replies; Hindi is a plus.
- Experience: 0 to 1+ years in telecalling or B2B sales (motivated freshers are welcome).
- Skills: Strong verbal communication, a patient attitude, and basic skills in Excel and WhatsApp Business.
