We are looking for passionate and hands-on engineers to design and develop next-generation Automated Test Equipment (ATE) solutions for Aerospace, Defence, and Industrial applications. This role offers an opportunity to work on mission-critical systems involving electronics, instrumentation, embedded systems, automation software, and high-reliability test platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including engineering, project management, manufacturing, and customers to develop high-quality ATE solutions.
- Design, develop, integrate, and validate Automated Test Equipment for verification, validation, production, and functional testing applications.
- Develop hardware and software architectures for complex automated test systems.
- Translate test procedures and requirements into automated test sequence software.
- Design and review:
- Schematics
- PCB layouts
- Test fixtures
- Electrical harnesses
- System integration interfaces
- Develop and debug embedded systems, instrumentation interfaces, and communication protocols.
- Integrate and automate electronic instruments such as:
- DMMs,
- Oscilloscopes
- Power supplies
- Electronic loads
- Switch matrices
- Function generators
- Spectrum analysers
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, project planning, and customer interactions.
- Support system integration, troubleshooting, verification, validation, and production deployment activities.
- Lead technical activities and mentor junior engineers when required.
- Drive innovation and contribute to continuous improvement of ATE platforms and methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in :
- Electronics Engineering
- Electronics & Instrumentation

Working Experience
- 4+ years of engineering experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) development
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of:
- Analog & digital electronics
- Instrumentation systems
- Embedded systems
- Automated testing methodologies
- Experience in hardware and software co-development
- Hands-on experience with:
- Python
- NI LabVIEW
- MATLAB / Simulink
- Experience in circuit simulation tools such as SPICE
- Knowledge of communication interfaces/protocols:
- UART / Serial
- USB
- Ethernet / TCP-IP
- SPI
- I2C
- CAN
- Bluetooth
- Experience with:
- PCI / PXI / LXI / GPIB systems
- System integration and debugging
- Verification & validation activities
- Ability to independently troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Familiarity with aerospace/defence quality and reliability practices is an advantage

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
