Deloitte is seeking an Associate to support priority initiatives on behalf of the Office of the US Geography Leader. This role helps turn leadership priorities into structured analysis, data management, actionable deliverables, and executive-ready materials that support strategy execution. The Associate will work across initiatives tied to market growth, talent experience, leadership engagement, and other key US Geography priorities. The role is well suited for a professional who can operate across multiple workstreams, synthesize information clearly, manage data effectively, and support high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Work you'll do
As an Associate, Data Management on the Strategic Deployment Pod team, you will be responsible for:

Supporting projects and workstreams within broader strategic initiatives sponsored by the Office of the US Geography Leader

Translating leadership direction into structured analyses, presentations, reports, and other execution materials

Tracking day-to-day progress, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and follow-up actions across assigned initiatives

Developing dashboards, reporting tools, templates, and playbooks to support execution and performance tracking

Preparing executive-ready presentations, status updates, and communications for leadership meetings and key forums
The team
The Strategic Deployment Pod supports the Office of the US Geography Leader by advancing strategic initiatives across US Geography priorities. The team works across stakeholders and geographies to bring structure to complex business needs, improve execution discipline, and develop insights that support leadership decision-making. This team operates in a fast-paced environment and focuses on delivering high-quality analysis, tools, and communications that help move priority efforts forward.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM
Qualifications
Required:

Master of Business Administration degree or equivalent degree

Experience supporting strategic initiatives, project management office activities, or cross-functional workstreams
-
Experience preparing executive presentations, status updates, or stakeholder communications

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel
-
Experience using generative artificial intelligence tools or automation tools for analysis, reporting, or content development

Experience working with global or cross-geography teams or stakeholders
-
Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English

Professional services industry experience

Experience developing dashboards, reports, or performance tracking tools

Experience identifying project risks, dependencies, and action items across workstreams
