Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of Security Services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methodologies, tools, and training resources. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement within the security delivery framework.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of security services.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls, Oracle Advanced Access Controls.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Advanced HCM Controls.
- Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks within cloud environments.
- Ability to design and implement control configurations to meet security and compliance requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex security configuration issues.
- Familiarity with security service delivery methodologies and best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud GRC Configuration Controls.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
