Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the hospital’s stores, including medical, surgical, and non-medical supplies.
- Ensure timely procurement, proper storage, and distribution of medical equipment and materials.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and manage reorder points.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to fulfill demand efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and reporting on inventory usage and stock discrepancies.
- Implement cost-control measures and reduce wastage.
- Supervise store staff and provide training as needed.
Qualification
- Candidate with Hospital Background preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in supply chain, logistics, pharmacy, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, Only in healthcare.
- Knowledge of medical supplies and hospital protocols is highly desirable.
