Job Description:-
* Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.
* Plan and manage monthly content calendars in line with brand objectives and campaigns.
* Create engaging social media content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and other platform-specific formats.
* Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, platform updates, and emerging formats.
* Manage day-to-day social media activities, including posting, scheduling, community engagement, and responding to comments/messages.
* Identify and coordinate with influencers, content creators, and relevant digital communities.
* Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, from creator identification and outreach to campaign execution and reporting.
* Coordinate with influencers/creators to ensure timely delivery of content as per campaign briefs.
* Track social media and influencer campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
* Monitor key metrics such as reach, engagement, impressions, follower growth, views, and conversions.
* Work closely with the creative, marketing, and design teams to develop relevant and engaging content.
* Conduct competitor and industry research to identify new content and campaign opportunities.
* Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns, launches, contests, collaborations, and brand initiatives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
