Location: Faridabad, Noida & Patna
Responsibilities:-
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive schedules, budgets, and, for example, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) for construction.
- Site Supervision: Oversee civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical work to ensure adherence to engineering drawings, technical specs, and industry standards.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Negotiate, select, and oversee sub-contractors, suppliers, and vendors while maintaining safety and quality control.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects meet all local building codes, environmental regulations, and safety standards (e.g., FSSAI, ISO, HACCP).
- Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary contact for owners, engineers, and inspectors to report progress and mitigate risk
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
