Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales, pre-sales, OEMs, distributors, and system integrator partners for day-to-day sales operations
- Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, BOQs, and tender documentation
- Handle order processing, PO tracking, invoicing coordination, and delivery follow-ups
- Liaise with OEMs and distributors for pricing, deal registrations, lead time, and stock availability
- Maintain CRM data, sales pipeline reports, and MIS dashboards
- Support sales team in RFP/RFQ responses and commercial documentation
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients for approvals, renewals, and payment coordination
- Track AMC, support contracts, and renewal dates
- Ensure compliance with internal sales and finance processes
Required Skills & Expertise
- 1–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Inside Sales within IT Infrastructure or System Integrator environment
- Good understanding of:
- Networking (Switches, Routers, Wireless)
- Servers & Storage
- Cybersecurity solutions
- Cloud & Data Center solutions
- Experience working with OEMs (Cisco, HPE, Dell, Fortinet, Sophos, etc.)
- Strong MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools is preferred
- Excellent communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced sales environment
Education
- Graduate / Post-Graduate in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field
