Experience: 4-6 yrs
Must have:
- Engage with Key stakeholders and translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution design for SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off in compliance with the best practices.
- Should have understanding and designing SAP-SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off.
- Manage own workload of ‘HR tickets’ (incidents and service requests) ensuring that they are effectively managed in accordance with defined operating procedures and agreed SLAs.
- Support the deployment of half yearly SuccessFactors release and mandatory system changes.
- Experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, Data Models configurations, Workflows, RBP, Business rules, Position management, MDF objects, Platform and configuration of provisioning.
- Responsible for maintaining configuration workbooks.
· Work closely with Data ops team to ensure Data is maintained in the system to the highest standard and identify any process or training gaps.
- Candidate should have good communication skills and should be a good team player.
- Good to have experience in creating reports, Integration Centre.
- Knowledge in integration of Employee Central with and Recruitment Onboarding and external job portals will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
