Experience: Minimum 1 year
What you’ll be doing:
Managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle.
Coordinating recruitment and supporting functional managers.
Handling payroll inputs, statutory registers, and attendance/leave management.
Maintaining HRIS data and ensuring compliance through audits.
Driving employee engagement, training initiatives, and admin support.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
