Title: Senior Firmware Engineer

What you will do
- Work with your Team to organize and manage work, including thoughtful participation during refinement sessions.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-today work, generally instructions on new assignments.
- Balance your skillset, interest, and the needs of the product to define, build, test, and deliver, as necessary.
- Along with all Team Members, be both responsible and accountable for the product's requirements/design definition, build, test, and delivery.
- Showcase the most critical components of the developed product to relevant Stakeholders.
- Work effectively with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, Product Manager, and all applicable Stakeholders relating to tools, process, techniques, and relationships.
- Comprehend blocking items that prevent planned work from being completed, then navigate to help eliminate the barriers.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering
Preferred qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience.
- Programming experience using Embedded C++ must.
- Experience In protocol development like Modbus, Profibus, EIP
- Ability to design, build, and maintain firmware.
- Desire to work on a self-organized Scrum Team.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in developing and maintaining automated tests.
- Experience in Scrum.
- Experience with Rockwell Drives and other Rockwell products.
- Experience with networks: Ethernet, TCP/IP, Wireshark.
- Experience in the industrial automation industry.
- Familiarity of SAFe.
