Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Team Leader to lead and manage our Telecalling/Academic Counselling team. The ideal candidate should be capable of driving team performance, achieving admission targets, and ensuring high-quality student counselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Telecallers/Academic Counsellors.
- Monitor daily team performance and ensure target achievement.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and mentor team members to improve communication and conversion rates.
- Handle escalations and provide solutions to student queries.
- Track leads and maintain accurate reports using CRM/Excel.
- Coordinate with management to achieve business goals.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective students and parents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of experience as a Team Leader,
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
