Store Management:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and verify against purchase orders.
- Maintain stock registers, and records of incoming/outgoing materials.
- Ensure proper tagging, stacking, and storage of materials as per safety norms.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Inventory Control:
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate purchase requisitions.
- Minimize overstocking and understocking situations.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with accounts for timely payment to vendors.
- Work closely with production, maintenance, and admin departments to understand material requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on stock, purchases, and shortages.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- class 12 pass minimum
- 2–5 years of experience in store and purchase functions.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and operating mobile phone is preferred .
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
