We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to manage the leasing of both commercial and residential properties. The role involves generating leads, conducting property viewings, understanding client requirements, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a seamless leasing experience from enquiry to handover. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for real estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leasing enquiries through walk-ins, referrals, digital platforms, corporate outreach, and channel partners.
- Understand clients' residential and commercial space requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and virtual tours for prospective tenants.
- Build and maintain relationships with individual clients, corporate tenants, brokers, and channel partners.
- Negotiate rental terms, lease conditions, security deposits, and other commercial aspects with prospective tenants.
- Coordinate with property owners, legal, and finance teams to facilitate lease documentation and timely closures.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to maximize conversions.
- Ensure timely execution of lease agreements and smooth tenant onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, site visits, lease closures, and client interactions in the CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, rental values, competitor offerings, and property availability.
- Support lease renewals and maintain positive relationships with existing tenants.
- Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation campaigns and promotional activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly leasing targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Real estate certifications will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 4–5 years of experience in residential and/or commercial real estate leasing or property sales.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong interest in real estate may also be considered.
