An AI Lab Lead is responsible for leading the research, development, and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions within an organization. The role involves managing AI projects, guiding technical teams, driving innovation, and aligning AI initiatives with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead AI research and development projects from concept to deployment
- Manage and mentor AI engineers, data scientists, and research teams
- Design and implement Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI models
- Develop AI strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to build AI-driven solutions
- Ensure scalability, performance, and ethical use of AI systems
- Oversee data collection, preprocessing, and model optimization
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders
- Drive innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the AI lab
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
