YouTube Kids Packaging Assistant (Remote | Part-Time | Freelancers Welcome)
We run a growing kids YouTube channel focused on animated rhymes, learning songs, and highly engaging children’s content. We are looking for a sharp and creative assistant who understands what makes viewers click.
This role is not just about “SEO keywords.”
We care about:
- Clickable titles
- Strong thumbnail ideas
- Better CTR and impressions
- Understanding viewer psychology and YouTube packaging
If you enjoy YouTube trends, catchy content, thumbnails, analytics, or figuring out why some videos perform better than others, you will likely enjoy this role.

What You’ll Do:
- Write engaging YouTube titles
- Suggest thumbnail text/hooks
- Create SEO-friendly descriptions
- Help improve packaging for kids content
- Follow structured daily workflow and deadlines
Content Type:
Animated kids rhymes, nursery songs, learning videos, and cartoon-style content.

You Don’t Need Huge Experience
We care more about sharp thinking, consistency, and understanding attention on YouTube.
If you naturally notice:
- why certain thumbnails work
- why some titles feel clickable
- what grabs attention in Browse
- what keeps kids and parents interested

What You Should Have:
- Basic understanding of YouTube and clickable content
- Ability to write simple, catchy English titles
- Good internet connection and daily availability
- Basic Canva, Photoshop, or thumbnail understanding is a plus
- Knowledge of Google tools for analytics and keyword research preferred
- Basic understanding of YouTube Studio analytics (CTR, impressions, watch time) preferred
- Ability to follow a consistent format and daily deadlines

Work Structure:
- 4 videos per day
- 6 days/week
- Daily submission before 6:30 PM
- Weekly quota system
Payment:
- Approx. $12/week ($50/month)
- Work week concludes on Saturday
- Payment sent on Monday
- Weekly continuation depends on performance assessment and consistency
