GEM Portal & E-Tendering Executive
We are hiring a professional and experienced GEM Portal & E-Tendering Executive. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience and complete knowledge of GEM portal operations and E-Tendering processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in GEM Portal & E-Tendering
- Strong knowledge of tender filling and document management
- Expertise in drafting and official documentation
- Good client dealing and communication skills
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Knowledge of AI tools is required
- Well-educated and professional attitude
- Ability to handle complete tender submission processes independently
Responsibilities:
- Searching and applying for tenders on the GEM portal and E-Tendering platforms
- Preparing, verifying, and uploading documents
- Managing tender submissions from start to finish
- Coordinating with clients and handling follow-ups
- Drafting official emails, quotations, and tender documents
- Ensuring timely submission and compliance with tender requirements
