Proactively call prospective students and parents from leads generated via walk-ins, digital campaigns, and referrals. Conduct structured counselling calls to understand the student's academic goals, address queries about courses, and build enough rapport to convert interest into a confirmed centre visit.

Centre visits & enrolment conversion
Invite shortlisted prospects for a centre visit, conduct in-person counselling sessions, and walk students and parents through the right course based on their needs. Own the full enrolment process end-to-end — from course recommendation and fee discussion to collecting forms, documents, and payment to close the admission.

Centre administration & daily operations
Manage the smooth day-to-day running of the centre — maintaining student records, scheduling batches, coordinating with faculty on timetables, handling fee receipts and basic accounts, and ensuring the centre environment is presentable and welcoming for every walk-in.

Monthly enrolment targets
Own and meet monthly enrolment numbers assigned by the centre head. Track your own pipeline daily — calls made, visits scheduled, trials attended, and enrolments closed — and flag risks early. Consistently hitting targets is the primary measure of success in this role.

Student retention & community engagement
Stay engaged with enrolled students and parents through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and event coordination (open days, demo classes, result celebrations). Drive renewals, referrals, and upsells to additional courses — ensuring enrolled students stay active and satisfied through their learning journey.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
