Role Overview
Kamak is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to drive business growth, develop strong customer relationships, and expand market presence. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, promoting company products, and executing marketing activities to achieve organizational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
- Visit customers, dealers, distributors, retailers, architects, and builders to promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the management.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and business presentations to clients.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and convert leads into successful business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and customer engagement programs.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
- Support branding initiatives and improve market presence in assigned territories.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and after-sales support.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Qualification & Experience
- MBA in Marketing (Preferred/Mandatory).
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Fresh MBA graduates with strong communication and presentation skills may also apply.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven individual.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of sanitary ware, tiles, plumbing, or building material industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
