About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic CRM Executive to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are eager to build a career in CRM operations and sales support. The role involves maintaining accurate customer data, supporting the sales team, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth CRM operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and update customer and opportunity data in the CRM system (Salesforce CRM / Zoho CRM / HubSpot CRM).
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of CRM data. Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Support the sales team with lead management and opportunity tracking. Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and query resolution.
- Monitor sales pipeline updates and follow up with stakeholders for timely information. Identify data inconsistencies and assist in CRM data cleanup activities.
- Maintain documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for CRM processes.
Skills Required :
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools is an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
- High data accuracy rate.
- Timely generation of CRM reports.
- Effective support for CRM adoption by users.
- Quick turnaround time for query resolution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
