We are looking for an experienced Oracle Design Architect with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud implementations, enterprise solution architecture, and transformation consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise solution architecture and functional solutioning for Oracle platforms
- Drive Oracle Cloud transformation and modernization initiatives
- Engage with business stakeholders and lead architecture discussions
- Translate business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions
- Conduct customer workshops, demos, and solution presentations
- Support global implementations, enhancements, and multi-country rollout programs
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Oracle Finance and/or Oracle HCM domains
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud implementations
- Enterprise Solution Architecture experience
- Transformation consulting experience
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting capabilities
- Experience supporting:
- Global implementation programs
- Support & enhancement projects
- Multi-country rollouts
Strong Understanding Required:
- Financial processes & accounting principles
- HR lifecycle & workforce processes
- Enterprise integration architecture
Preferred Skills:
- Experience across both Oracle Finance & Oracle HCM domains
- Exposure to SCM, ERP, and enterprise integrations
- Experience working with global customers and distributed delivery models
- Cloud transformation & modernization exposure
- Strong communication, presentation, and consulting skills
