The Quality Executive is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and improving product or service quality by implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits, analyzing defects, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor product or service quality throughout the production or operational process.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing according to established procedures.
- Identify quality issues, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Perform internal quality audits and support external audits.
- Collaborate with production, operations, and other departments to resolve quality concerns.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management.
- Assist in developing and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Train employees on quality standards and best practices.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Handle customer complaints related to quality and coordinate corrective actions.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
