PROJECT HEAD – MALL / COMMERCIAL PROJECT
Location: Lucknow
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Head to lead the planning, execution and completion of a large-scale Mall / Commercial Project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overall project planning and execution
* Civil, Structural, MEP, Façade & Finishing coordination
* Contractor & Consultant management
* Project scheduling and progress monitoring
* Cost, quality and safety control
* Procurement & resource planning
* Delay analysis and recovery planning
* Testing, commissioning and final handover
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech./Diploma – Civil Engineering / Construction Management or equivalent
Experience:
15+ years of relevant experience in Mall, Commercial, High-Rise, Hospitality or Mixed-Use Projects.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and capability.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
