Job Summary
The Store Incharge / Assistant Store Manager is responsible for managing inventory, stock movement, inward and outward materials, vendor coordination, and maintaining proper documentation for the restaurant base kitchen. The role ensures smooth kitchen operations by maintaining accurate stock levels, minimizing wastage, and ensuring timely supply of materials.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Stock Management
- Maintain daily stock records of food items, packaging materials, and kitchen supplies.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
- Maintain FIFO (First In First Out) standards.
- Minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock variance.
Material Receiving & Dispatch
- Verify quantity and quality of incoming goods.
- Ensure GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries are completed properly.
- Coordinate with kitchen and outlets for stock dispatch.
- Maintain records of inward and outward inventory.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare inventory reports and stock consumption reports.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, challans, and stock registers.
- Update inventory software/ERP systems regularly.
- Submit MIS reports to management.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and shortages.
- Follow up for pending materials and replacement items.
- Ensure proper documentation during vendor deliveries.
Hygiene & Compliance
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Follow food safety and storage standards.
- Monitor expiry dates and damaged stock.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs.
Team Coordination
- Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and procurement team.
- Support smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Assist management in stock planning and forecasting.
Required Skills
- Inventory and stock management knowledge
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, POS/ERP software)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and reporting accuracy
- Ability to handle pressure in fast-paced kitchen operations
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Supply Chain / Store Management preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in restaurant, cloud kitchen, or hospitality store operations
- Experience in food inventory handling preferred

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
