Brief Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Head of Exports to lead our marketing efforts across India and South East Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive new client acquisition, enhance brand visibility, and establish Resistoflex as the undisputed market leader in the categories it operates.
Responsibilities:
- Market Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for India and South East Asia, aligned with business objectives and targeting specific industry segments (industrial, defense, aerospace, civil infrastructure).
- Brand Building: Enhance Resistoflex brand image and market positioning as a trusted and innovative engineering solutions provider.
- New Client Acquisition: Drive new client acquisition through targeted marketing campaigns, lead generation activities, and strategic partnerships.
- Marketing Communications: Oversee all marketing communications, including website management, content creation (case studies, white papers, brochures), social media marketing, public relations, and advertising.
- Digital Marketing: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing, to generate leads and enhance online visibility.
- Event Management: Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote Resistoflex products and services.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth.
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across India and South East Asia.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
Qualification: B Tech & MBA in Sales & Marketing. Specialization in International Market will be given preference.
Experience:
- Minimum of 12-15 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a B2B environment, preferably in engineering, manufacturing or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the Indian and South East Asian markets.
- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills in building and maintaining relationships with key customers.
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
