Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair of electrical and plumbing systems
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, water leakages, and drainage issues
- Install and replace switches, sockets, lights, pipes, valves, and fittings
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance activities
- Maintain electrical panels, water supply lines, and sanitary fixtures
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
Requirements:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Plumbing, or a related trade
- 0-5 years of experience in electrical and plumbing maintenance
- Knowledge of electrical wiring, plumbing systems, and repair techniques
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety regulations
Preferred Location: Candidates residing within a 10 km radius of the work location will be preferred.
Salary will be negotiable.
