We are seeking an experienced and result-driven District Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations within the assigned district. The DSM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing the sales team, expanding distributor networks, and strengthening market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve district-level sales targets and revenue goals
- Lead, train, and motivate the field sales team
- Monitor daily sales activities and market coverage
- Ensure proper product availability and visibility in the market
- Execute company sales strategies and promotional plans
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and sales performance
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
