Role Overview
We are looking for a Part-Time E-commerce Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce business. This role is ideal for college students who want flexible work hours while gaining practical exposure to how a fashion e-commerce brand operates.
You will assist with order processing, packaging, logistics coordination, and inventory management, helping ensure smooth order fulfillment and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process daily customer orders, pick items, pack neatly, and prepare shipments
- Maintain shipping and order trackers and monitor delivery status
- Coordinate with logistics partners and raise delivery support issues when required
- Update inventory sheets and report low stock items
- Assist with stock organization, product sorting, and labeling
- Support day-to-day e-commerce operations across packaging, logistics, and inventory management

- College students/ Anyone looking for part-time work
- Basic computer knowledge, including Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible
