Job Overview:
To look after overall Import/Export process & documentation of the company, Adherence to customs compliances, Avoiding detention & demurrages, Timely clearance of the shipments, Strong co-ordination with C.H.A, Shipping Lines, CFS & Transporters. Co-ordination with Internal Departments (Finance, Warehouse, Marketing).
Responsibilities & Duties:
» Adherence to customs compliances
» Tracking of shipments and status update
» Checking shipping documents & processing for clearance.
» Co-ordination with C.H.A, C.F.S & Shipping lines
» Co-ordination with CFS for timely container movement from Port to designated CFS
» Approving checklist & filling Bill of Entries
» Arranging for customs duty payments
» Avoiding detention, demurrage & penalties.
» Claiming FTA-COO Benefits (While Bill of Entry filling)
» Replying to customs queries (icegate knowledge)
» N.O.C Process of Allied Agencies (ADC, FSSAI & relevant etc.)
» Preparing & submitting of shipping line bonds, security deposits & Timely refunds
» Preparing & Submitting Triple duty bonds for in bond shipments.
» Timely processing of Shipping line, CFS Invoices.
» Continue checking of shipment/Bill of entry & status update through ice gate portal
» Generating RODTEP script from ice gate & utilising against import duty payments
» Timely clearance of shipments
» Arrangement of Transportation from C.F.S to warehouses.
» Responsible for Timely clearance of the shipments.
» Responsible for Timely processing of Transport, C.H.A Bills & Payments
» Cost optimisation in overall process.
» Preparing & Maintain D.S.R/M.I.S for all Home & Bond shipments
» IEC Updation
» Maintaining Record file for all Import/Export shipments
» Export documentation, S/Bill filling, BL Draft, Final BL, Rodtep, Drawback claims, Freight enquiries, co-ordination with forwarder, CHA.
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree with Certification in Import Export preferred.
Experience/Skills:
4-5 years of experience in similar role.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
