About Us:
We are a prominent Mid-Market player in the Agri Components industry, based in the heartland of India’s agriculture sector – Karnal. We specialize in manufacturing high-quality agricultural parts and are looking for a dedicated Telecaller to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.
- Provide detailed information about our agri-component products and services.
- Maintain an accurate database of client interactions and lead status.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries and grievances professionally.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for data entry.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience).
- Status: Full-time, Permanent.
- Benefits: Food provided .
Schedule:
- Day Shift (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM).
- Monday to Saturday.
