Milo Counseling & Guidance is a professional counseling and guidance centre with 7+ years of experience in providing counseling, guidance, assessments, and support to students and individuals.
We are looking for a Counseling & Client Support Coordinator who is compassionate, confident, organized, and comfortable communicating with students and parents.
Job Role
The Counseling & Client Support Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day counseling activities, communicating with students and parents, managing the counseling CRM, supporting counselors, and assisting with our social media presence.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a caring attitude, and an interest in counseling and student guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Counseling & Student Support
- Attend incoming calls and respond to inquiries from students and parents.
- Understand the student's basic requirements and provide appropriate initial guidance.
- Conduct initial counseling interactions with students wherever appropriate.
- Explain counseling processes, assessments, and reports to students and parents in a simple and understandable manner.
- Help students understand their assessment results and guide them regarding the next steps.
- Coordinate appointments and counseling sessions with counselors.
- Follow up with students and parents regarding scheduled sessions and ongoing support.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and supportive relationship with students and clients.
CRM & Administrative Coordination
- Manage and regularly update the Counseling CRM with client and student information.
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, appointments, follow-ups, assessments, and counseling sessions.
- Coordinate between students, parents, counselors, and the centre.
- Ensure timely follow-up with leads and existing clients.
- Handle day-to-day coordination and administrative activities related to counseling services.
Social Media & Content Support
- Post reels, posts, educational content, and updates on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
- Assist in maintaining the centre's social media presence.
- Coordinate with the team to publish counseling, student guidance, wellness, and educational content.
- Respond to basic social media inquiries and direct potential clients to the appropriate counseling services.
- Be comfortable using social media platforms and basic content-posting tools.
Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Pleasant, empathetic, and confident personality.
- Ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents.
- Interest in counseling, psychology, student guidance, or education will be an advantage.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM software.
- Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and follow up systematically.
- Prior experience in counseling, student coordination, client relationship management, education, or a similar role will be an advantage.
