Role Objective:
We are looking for an experienced recruiter with a strong track record of hiring Business Development Consultants, Sales Consultants, Account Executives, SDRs, BDMs, and Enterprise Sales professionals for Digital Marketing, IT Services, Staff Augmentation, SaaS, AI Consulting, and Technology companies.
The ideal recruiter should already have an active candidate network and database and be capable of delivering interview-ready candidates within aggressive timelines.
Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing
- Source experienced Business Development professionals using your existing network and database.
- Build a pipeline of high-quality candidates for niche sales positions.
- Leverage LinkedIn, Naukri, personal networks, referrals, and passive talent communities.
Candidate Assessment
Screen candidates for:
- B2B Sales Experience
- IT Services Sales
- Digital Marketing Sales
- Staff Augmentation Sales
- AI Consulting Sales
- SaaS Sales
- Enterprise Sales
- Revenue Targets
- Deal Size
- Communication Skills
- Stability
Candidate Management
- Schedule interviews.
- Ensure interview attendance.
- Follow up after every interview.
- Track offers.
- Manage joining.
- Reduce dropouts.
Delivery:
Deliver interview-ready candidates matching the client requirement within agreed timelines.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 3+ years of Recruitment Experience
Experience hiring:
- Business Development Consultants
- Business Development Managers
- Account Executives
- SDRs
- Enterprise Sales Professionals
- IT Sales Professionals
Existing database of Business Development professionals.
Excellent Boolean Search skills.
Hands-on experience with:
