Position Overview:
BMW Munich Motors, Raipur is looking for a passionate and performance-driven Sales Consultant – BMW Motorrad to deliver a premium buying experience and drive luxury motorcycle sales. The candidate should have strong product knowledge, excellent presentation skills, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and quarterly Motorrad sales targets
- Generate leads through digital & showroom walk-ins
- Conduct test rides and product demonstrations
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
Customer Experience
- Deliver premium BMW showroom experience
- Maintain strong follow-up system
- Ensure high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index)
- Build long-term customer relationships
Product Knowledge
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of BMW Motorrad range
- Explain features, finance options & accessories
- Upsell riding gear and add-ons
Reporting & Coordination
- Update DMS & CRM regularly
- Coordinate with finance & insurance partners
- Ensure proper documentation & compliance
Candidate Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- 2–5 years experience in Automobile / Premium Sales
- Passion for superbikes & luxury segment
- Smart, presentable & confident personality
- Excellent communication skills
