Position: Senior Interior Supervisor
Location: Factory Floor (Maheshtala , Kolkata)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and disciplined Senior Interior Supervisor to take charge of our factory production floor. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in furniture manufacturing and interior fit-outs, along with excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily production line and manage factory artisans, carpenters, and technicians.
Ensure all interior elements and furniture pieces match technical drawings and meet strict quality standards.
Track production schedules to ensure timely delivery of site materials.
Manage raw material inventory and minimize wastage on the shop floor.
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum [3] years of experience as a supervisor on an interior/furniture factory production floor.
Deep knowledge of woodworking, materials, finishes, and hardware.
Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D CAD drawings accurately.
Strong leadership and team-handling capabilities.
