The Role:
Novascape (creators of India’s 1st Breathing Homes™) is looking for an aggressive Marketing Manager to drive campaigns for our premium apartment and villa projects in Coimbatore.
What You'll Do:
- Execute end-to-end offline advertising (OOH, print, on-ground events) and online campaigns (social media, Google Ads).
- Leverage your deep understanding of the Coimbatore real estate market to drive quality lead generation.
- Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and project visibility.
What You Need:
- 3 to 5 years of real estate marketing experience (Apartments & Villas mandatory).
- Proven hands-on execution of both traditional and digital advertising.
- Must be an immediate joiner.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
