Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, meetings, appointments and travel schedules.
- Coordinate with employees, customers, vendors and service providers on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Track and follow up on all tasks delegated by the Managing Director across departments.
- Maintain daily, weekly and monthly task trackers and status reports.
- Prepare meeting notes, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting) and action trackers.
- Draft emails, letters and other business communications.
- Maintain records, files and important business documents.
- Conduct internet research and prepare reports as required.
- Assist in vendor coordination, quotation collection and comparison.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate special projects and business initiatives assigned by the Managing Director.
- Manage confidential business information with integrity and discretion.
- Assist with administrative and occasional personal tasks of the Managing Director when required.
