About the Role: We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Founder’s Office Intern to work closely with the founders on a variety of business, operational, marketing, and administrative initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a fast-paced F&B environment, and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the founders in day-to-day business operations and strategic projects.
- Create presentations, reports, marketing materials, and social media assets using Canva.
- Assist with content creation, documentation, and communication using ChatGPT and AI tools.
- Manage calendars, meeting schedules, follow-ups, and action items.
- Organize and maintain documents, trackers, and workflows using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, partners, and stakeholders as needed.
- Track project timelines and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle ad hoc assignments across operations, marketing, customer success, and business development.
- Conduct research on markets, competitors, customers, and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive), and ChatGPT/AI productivity tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to execute independently.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
