The Accounts & Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete Finance, Accounts, Taxation, Compliance, MIS Reporting, and Internal Control functions of the NBFC. The role requires strong technical knowledge of NBFC accounting, RBI regulations, taxation, financial reporting, and portfolio analysis. The incumbent will ensure that all company processes are compliant with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and financial controls while providing accurate financial and operational insights to management.
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting
- Manage end-to-end accounting and financial reporting of the NBFC.
- Ensure accurate accounting of loan disbursements, collections, recoveries, interest income, provisions, and loan portfolio.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures.
Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Manage RBI returns, regulatory reporting, and audit requirements.
- Monitor compliance status and implement corrective actions where required.
MIS & Management Reporting
- Prepare and present periodic MIS reports to Directors and Senior Management.
- Report key business and financial metrics including:
- Loan Disbursements
- Portfolio Outstanding (AUM)
- Collections & Recoveries
- NPA & Delinquency Status
- Profitability & Revenue Analysis
- Regulatory Compliance Dashboard
Collection & Portfolio Monitoring
- Track collection efficiency, recovery performance, and portfolio quality.
- Monitor and report key ratios such as:
- Collection Efficiency Ratio
- PAR (Portfolio at Risk)
- Gross & Net NPA
- Recovery Ratio
- ROA & ROE
Taxation & Audit
- Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and regulatory auditors.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Operations, Credit, Collections, and Management teams.
- Ensure accurate operational data and adherence to approved processes and controls.
Qualifications & Experience
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com.
- 5+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in an NBFC or lending institution.
- Strong knowledge of NBFC accounting, RBI regulations, taxation, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

Objective

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
