- Manage and update the company’s e-commerce website (Shopify/WooCommerce, etc.)
- Upload and optimize product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, SEO)
- Monitor inventory and ensure stock availability across platforms
- Handle order processing, tracking, and returns coordination
- Coordinate with logistics and courier partners for smooth dispatch
- Analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior
- Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team for ads, creatives, and launches
- Ensure a seamless user experience and troubleshoot website issues
- Manage marketplace accounts (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
