Location: Hospital-Based (Field Role)
Experience: Fresher or 0–2 years (Healthcare/Insurance marketing experience preferred)
Qualification: Any Graduate (MBA/Marketing preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
* Visit insurance companies, TPAs, and corporate offices to build and maintain professional relationships.
* Generate new insurance tie-ups and referral leads for the hospital.
* Coordinate with insurance representatives regarding empanelment, claims, and business opportunities.
* Promote the hospital’s healthcare services to insurance partners.
* Conduct regular follow-ups with insurance companies to increase patient referrals.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand the hospital’s insurance network.
* Maintain records of meetings, leads, and business development activities.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of insurance-related cases.
* Achieve monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements:
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Willingness to travel for field visits.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
* Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
