As an Area Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager at Zoff Foods, you will play a frontline role in driving the company's General Trade business across your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver consistent primary and secondary sales growth by working closely with distributors, sub-stockists, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure strong on-ground execution. You will own beat planning and route compliance, undertake regular market visits, and ensure Zoff's full range of spices is available and visible at every relevant outlet. A key part of your role will be expanding the retail footprint — onboarding new outlets, opening untapped markets, and strengthening distribution depth and width across both urban and rural pockets. You will be the face of the brand to retailers, building strong relationships through prompt order servicing, accurate billing, scheme communication, and timely complaint resolution. Alongside this, you will execute in-store visibility programs, trade promotions, and BTL activities to drive consumer pull at the point of sale. You will also be responsible for managing distributor health — inventory norms, claims, returns, and ROI — and for sharing daily MIS, market feedback, and competition insights with your reporting manager. The role calls for strong field discipline, a target-driven mindset, the ability to work independently, and a hunger to deliver month-on-month growth.
