About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished and strategically minded Strategic HR Manager to lead the organization's human resources function and drive people strategies aligned with business growth and organizational objectives.
The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 8 years in managerial roles and 5 years in strategic HR leadership. Candidates with experience managing HR across multiple business verticals, entities, or geographies will be strongly preferred.
The role requires a strong combination of strategic thinking, business partnering, people leadership, organizational development, and expertise in Indian and GCC employment and statutory compliance frameworks.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy and people agenda aligned with the organization's business objectives.
- Partner with the CEO, senior leadership, and business heads on organizational strategy, workforce planning, talent, culture, and people-related decisions.
- Translate business priorities into scalable HR strategies, policies, processes, and organizational initiatives.
- Drive HR transformation and build a future-ready, high-performance organization.
- Provide strategic insights to leadership through HR metrics, workforce analytics, and people-related business intelligence.
Organization & Talent Management
- Lead organization-wide talent management, succession planning, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
- Develop frameworks for identifying, retaining, and developing high-potential talent.
- Drive performance management systems and establish effective performance cultures across business verticals.
- Identify organizational capability gaps and implement appropriate learning and development strategies.
- Support organizational restructuring, expansion, mergers, new business initiatives, and change-management programs.
Multi-Vertical HR Management
- Lead HR strategy and operations across multiple business verticals, functions, and/or geographical locations.
- Understand the differing workforce requirements of diverse business units and develop customized HR interventions where required.
- Establish standardized HR frameworks while maintaining flexibility to address individual business needs.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce challenges and provide practical, commercially aligned HR solutions.
Employee Engagement & Culture
- Build and strengthen a high-performance organizational culture based on the company's values and strategic objectives.
- Develop employee engagement, retention, and employee experience initiatives.
- Lead initiatives related to organizational culture, leadership effectiveness, employee well-being, and workplace engagement.
- Handle complex employee relations matters and advise leadership on appropriate resolution strategies.
Statutory & HR Compliance – India & GCC
- Provide strategic oversight of HR statutory and employment-law compliance across India and GCC jurisdictions.
- Ensure HR policies, employment practices, contracts, benefits, and processes comply with applicable local laws and regulations.
- Monitor changes in labour laws, employment regulations, visa/work-permit requirements, social security requirements, and other applicable statutory obligations.
- Coordinate with legal advisors and external consultants to address complex employment and regulatory matters.
- Establish robust compliance frameworks, controls, and audit mechanisms across relevant jurisdictions.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and governance of employee records and statutory requirements.
HR Governance & Policies
- Develop, review, and implement comprehensive HR policies, SOPs, frameworks, and governance mechanisms.
- Establish consistent HR standards across business units and geographies.
- Ensure effective HR controls, reporting mechanisms, and compliance monitoring.
- Develop and manage HR budgets in alignment with organizational priorities.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to build a high-performing HR function.
- Establish clear objectives, accountability, and performance standards for HR teams.
- Build HR capabilities and ensure effective delivery of both strategic and operational HR services.
- Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to senior management.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of overall HR experience.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in managerial/people leadership roles.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic HR leadership.
- Strong experience in strategic HR planning, organizational development, talent management, and business partnering.
- Demonstrated experience managing HR across multiple business verticals, entities, or geographies is preferred.
- Strong knowledge and practical expertise in Indian and GCC statutory and employment compliance.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership, CXOs, and business heads.
- Strong experience in building and implementing HR policies, systems, processes, and governance frameworks.

The candidate should be comfortable working with senior leadership, managing diverse teams and business verticals, driving organizational transformation, and establishing HR governance across India and GCC operations.
Experience in large, diversified, multi-vertical, multinational, or high-growth organizations will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹85,000.00 per month
